2 cups ham, chopped
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. melted butter
dash of garlic salt
2 can refrigerator biscuits
8 slices cheddar cheese
Mix ham, mustard, butter, and garlic salt together. Flatten a biscuit to 1/4 inch thick. Put 1/4 cup of ham mixture on the biscuit and put a slice of cheese on top of the ham mixture. Top with another flattened biscuit and seal the sides. If freezing, see directions below. Otherwise, place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Levi ate 2 and I had one biscuit. They are very filling. We had mixed vegetable as a side dish. There were enough leftovers for seconds. The second time we had cubed seasoned backed potatoes and steamed broccoli.
If you have any questions feel free to call me.
Enjoy!
Sandra
